Hey there!
I have another LOTD post for you. I'm wearing the waterflash lipgloss in 46D by Manhattan that I already reviewed here *click*. It's a very bright pink and I used it very lightly so it'd be wearable. I did just the same technique I did here *click*, when I made a purple gloss wearable. I basically put a nude lipstick underneath it :)(it's NYX round lipstick in circe) and then applied the lipgloss lightly.
I still like the gloss as much as I did back then when I did the review, so that's great. I also did a full lip with the bright color, just for comparison.
Do you like that color? Or is it too summery for you, so you don't wear it now??
I'll see you soon!
xoxo, Misch

LOTD / How-to make purple lips wearable
Hi everyone,
today I have my first LOTD post for you, and it means nothing but Lips Of The Day!
I did this combo because I was in the mood to wear a purple color, but I wanted to a make it daytime appropriate.
So I did these steps:
That's what you need:
- your favorite lip care / lip primer (I used Carmex)
- a nude lipstick of your choice (I used NYX Circe)
- a purple colored lipgloss (I used NYX Queen of Africa)
That's how to do it:
1. Apply either your lip balm or primer.
2. Apply your nude lipstick. You don't have to be careful or anything, the color isn't meant to look perfect, it's just the base color.
3. Add a few dots of your lipgloss to your upper and lower lip, but not everywhere.
4. Blend out the color by using either a lip brush or a clean lipgloss applicator. You don't want to add any more color, you just want to blend it out. Make sure you don't paint your teeth or get it outside your lip.
Also, when you wear a noticable color, make sure to reapply it after you ate something, because you don't want to run around, all funny with halft-painted lips...;)
What do you think? Is this wearable enough for you or do you prefer it more nude? I'd like to know!

EOTD February 1st / Tutorial: Neutral Look
Hey there!
Today I have neutral look for you guys :)
I've always been doing this neutral look lately *click*, but then I got a little tired of it, so I did a new one :) Here we go:
That's what you need:
- a good eyeshadow base (I used RdLY eyeshadow base)
- a nice nude shimmery color (I used NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in yogurt)
- a matte brown shade that isn't too dark (I used the brown from the Essence Secrets of the past palette 02 babuschka's dream; it was limited)
- a matte off-white shade (I used the light color from the Essence Secrets of the past palette 02 babuschka's dream; it was limited)
- a black eyeliner (I used the Essence eyeliner pen)
- a brown eye pencil (I used the p2 perfect look kajal in brown)
- a mascara of your choice (I used the RdLY diamond mascara)
That's how to do it:
1. Apply your eyeshadow base all over your lid.
2. Apply your nude shimmer color onto your lid.
3. Pick up the brown color and apply it to your crease. I do this to shape my eye, to make it look bigger. So I don't really follow my natural crease but apply the shadow right over it. That gives the illusion of deeper, bigger eyes. I don't apply the color very heavily, just lightly, so you can use a sheer color, too. I also apply a tiny bit of this color along the outer third of my lower lashline.
4. Now take the off-white color onto a pencil brush, and apply that to the center of you lid, your inner corner and underneath your brow.

5. Blend out the brown crease color with a fluffy blending brush.
6. Add your favorite black liner to your upper lashline.
7. Get some of the brown eyeliner pencil onto your waterliner, but not all the way in. Decide how far you drag it into by looking for what suits your eyeshape best.
8. Add mascara to your lashes.
And that's it :) It's very easy and pretty to do for every day.
What is your favorite every day look?

EOTD January 16th: Neutral Look
Hey guys,
I finally have another EOTD for you! I'm wearing a very simple look that I've been wearing a lot lately :)
It's very simple but not the typical look that just has a defined crease, so I would say it's a very wearable smokey look.
You only need a few things which are:
- a eyeshadow base (I used the old RdLY eyeshadow base)
- a shimmery nude powder or cream shadow (I used the NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in yogurt)
- a matte brown eyepencil (I used the p2 perfect look kajal in 020 brown)
- your favorite mascara (I used Maybelline colossal volum' express in glam brown)
That's how I do it:
1. Apply the base all over your lid.
2. Apply the nude shimmery color ( the one I used is a brownish pink shimmery nude) all over your lid, but don't go over your crease.
3. Line your top and lower lashline with the brown kajal. You can do this really messily, it won't stay as it is :)
4. Take a pencil brush (I used the Sigma E30) and smudge out the brown liner. Also on the lower lashline, just don't dragg it to far downward.
5. Add mascara to both your top and bottom lashes.
And that's it! Really easy but pretty :) Do you like it? What is your favorite every day look?
I'll see you soon!

This look is one that I came up with for the holiday season and that I have been wearing at various holiday parties and get togethers. It's gotten a lot of compliments and it's surprisingly very easy to do!

My favorite lip colors for fall!
Hey guys,

in my opinion, fall (or call it autumn if you want) is THE time of the year to wear fun, bold, dark and bright lip colors! I have a few favorites and I'm going to show them to you now!
Rival de Loop Lipstick in 101 (I believe this one is discontinued; on the picture it's a bit washed out):
It's a orage-ish red matte lipstick that almost screams fall.
Rival de Loop Pure Lips Lipgloss in 016 (Don't know if this is still available):
It's a red lipgloss with silver shimmer, but it's not a dark on the lips as it is in the bottle. To me, this one is perfect for fall and winter.
Essence Eclipse Collection in 01 Lunch at Cullen's (It was Limited Edition):
A dark, red shimmery lipgloss, super opaque. I like it for night time, becuase it's really dark.
A bright, shiny pink color, it's more of a summer color, but I think it's wearable in fall, too.
Maybelline Watershine Elixir Lipstick in Vibrant Violet (I got it on sale, so it might be discontinued):
A shimmery purple-y pink, that is more lipgloss than a lipstick. Love the color.
NYX Girls Gloss in 14 Queen of Africa:
A blue-ish purple lipgloss with shimmer, that isn't that intense on the lips, but it's still purple.
Catrice Expect the Unexpected Collection Lipstick in C03 Purposely Purple (It's Limited Edition, but available at the moment):
A crazy, but fun purple color with gold shimmer, definitely not something for every day.
What I would wear with these colors: A very neutral eye, either my neutral color pop without the color on the lower lashline or just a thin black eyeliner line and mascara. The cheeks should be very natural, too.
What to keep in mind: If you really want to rock this bright lip look, you should be careful that nothing gets onto your teeth (very bad!), that it gets outside of your lip (you might want to use a lipliner, no matter if it's a clear or a colored one) or that it fades after you had lunch (or dinner) and you run around with a half painted lip (just reapply your color after you ate something). You should also not over-do it with the rest of your make-up.
I hope you liked it! And, what are your favorite lip colors for fall? Do you love bright lips or do you wear a nude lip every day?
I'll see you soon! Bye, Misch

Haul :) I know I'm bad...
Hey everyone,
today I have a haul for you. Yes, was in Munich again and simply couldn't resist...I know I'm bad!
But now, let's get into the products:
p2 perfect face! make-up fixing spray - It was the only thing for the new permanent line that I was able to get; all of the other stuff was sold out ;P Crazy, huh? It has a light citruc-y smell and I like it so far.
MNY Basic is chic LE eyeshadow in 602A - I read on a blog that it was similar to MAC Satin Taupe so I decided to give it a try; I like the color.
Alverde baked eyeshadow in 06 intensive turquoise - The color is really pretty and it was on sale; unfortunately it already broke in my bag; I should be more careful, I guess :P
Essence Denim Wanted LE geleyeliner in 01 vintage style - finally got it! :) like it.
NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Yogurt - I love NXY Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils and this color is really pretty.
Beliance Eyeshadow Brush flat and round - I already own their Foundation Brush and I really like them; I was actually planning to get a Powder Brush, but I didn't like it.
Evian Eau Minerale Naturelle Facial Spray - Love it! Perfect to refresh you face!
I'm sorry I don't have any swatches for you, but it was too dark for that! I might add some tomorrow :)
I hope you liked this post and I'll see you guys soon!
xoxo, Misch

NOTD September 3rd: Manhattan - 77T + some exciting news!
Hey there,

Read Full...
today I'm wearing Manhattan - 77T on my nails, a navy blue color from the Spice Up Your Nails! Collection. I really really love this color, it's the perfect navy blue creme to me. I already own some Manhatten nail polishes that caused me some issues with applying, so I was almost a bit afraid to paint my nails with it. I have to say, it's not perfect to apply, but it's okay. Not as bad as I feared. The color isn't that longlasting, it already chipped one day after I applied it.
So, if you are fine with the fact that it isn't perfect to apply, and you love the color, get it, as long as it's still available! It costs something between 2,95 and 3,95 Euros, depending on where you buy it.
And I have some exciting news for you! It might not be that exciting for some of you, but I am super excited about it! I went to Munich to shop (yes, I have a little haul, I might post it tomorrow...yeah, I know, project use it up...but I don't really get to see these stores often) and guess what I found: the Fashion Club store (Neuhauser Str. 33, 80331 München, as far as I know) sells mainly clothing, but they have L.A Color Nail Polishes, and, even more exciting, a whole, huge NYX counter!! Isn't that amazing!? I love NYX so much! The prices are a bit high, though, a Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil is 5.99 Euros for example, and the 10 Color Eyeshadow Palettes are 12.99 Euros each, but it's perfect to swatch, try out, and find out what you wanna get for you next online purchase! So, if you in Munich, check it out!
I hope you found this helpful and I'll see you guys next time!
xoxo, Misch
