Valentine's Series: EOTD #2

Hi dear readers,
today I have a new look for Valentine's Day: Smokey Eyes!
They're so basic, everyone should know how to do them! And they always look great :) I did a little varitation, it's not the total typical smokey eyes look, but smiliar.
I thought, some of you might be going out at night on Valentine's Day with their husband/boyfriend, so this would be something great to wear.
I decided to do it in the basic way, which means that the highlight is on the center of the lid and the inner and outer corner are dark. I made it black and grey, but you can use the color you like. Normal smokey eyes are way more smokey and blended, but I liked it that way today ;) Hope you still like it!

That's what you need:
- an eyeshadow base/primer (I used the RdLY one)
- eyeshadows in black, silver, grey and white (I got all of them from my 120 palette)
- a black pencil liner (I used the Essence Black Mania one)
- black mascara (I used the RdLY diamond wish one)

That's how to do it:
1. Prime your lid with your eyeshadow base.
2. Apply the white color (no matter if it's matte or shimmery) on the center of your lid.
3. Take a grey color and blend it into the white, going around it. The grey shouldn't be that dark.
4. Pick up a darker grey and blend it into the lighter grey. just fade it outward again, and also add a little bit to your outer lower lashline.
5. Add a thin black line to the outer line.
And then blend that out. It should complete the faded look. You can do it as smokey as you want to, I didn't do it that much. Also drag it up as far as you like to.
6. Add a black eyeliner line to your upper lashline and to your waterline. Also apply black mascara to pull the look together.

And that's it! It's not to hard to do, just be careful to blend well enough and to make the fade even!
Do you like it??
I'll see you soon!

Valentine's Series: EOTD #1

Hi there!
This is my first Valentine's Day eye look :) It's a pink look with a little bit of brown. When you do pink looks, keep in mind that it can make you look tired and crying easily, so don't overdo it.
That's what you need:
- an eyeshadow base of your choice (I used the one by RdLY)
- a bright pink eyeshadow (I used one from an old duo by Essence, it was LE)
- a light shimmery pink color (I used a discontinued eyeshadown by the Manhattan MyBox Series)
- a cranberry eyeshadow (I used Spiced Red by Catrice from the Carame LE; it's a dupe for MAC cranberry)
- a shimmery brown color (I used the one from the mocca beige duo by RdL)
- a champagne color (I used the one from the mocca beige duo by RdL)
- a brown pencil liner (I used the p2 perfect look kajal in brown)
- black mascara (I used the diamond wish one by RdLY)

That's how to do it:
1. Apply an eyeshadow base of your choice all over your lid to prevent creasing.
2. Add the bright pink color to the center of your lid.
3. Apply your light pink shimmer color to the inner thrid of your lid.
4. Now slightly apply the cranberry color onto your v-area. You don't want to make it too vibrant, it should just give a nice red undertone for the following color.
5. Pick up your brown shimmery color and apply it to your crease. It should go over the cranberry color. Blend it out towards your brow. Also add a tiny bit of this color on the outer third of your lower lashline.
6. Add the champagne color to your brow bone and your inner corner to brighten your eye.
7. Line your top lashline and 2 thirds of your waterline with the brown eyepencil.
8. Add mascara to both your top and bottom lashes.

And that's it! I like it, because it uses pink, the go-to valentine color, but still doesn't make you look weird. What are you gonna wear on Valentine's Day?? I'll do some more looks, so you'll get inspired ;)

EOTD February 1st / Tutorial: Neutral Look

Hey there!
Today I have neutral look for you guys :)
I've always been doing this neutral look lately *click*, but then I got a little tired of it, so I did a new one :) Here we go:
it looks a little more intense in this pic...
That's what you need:
- a good eyeshadow base (I used RdLY eyeshadow base)
- a nice nude shimmery color (I used NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in yogurt)
- a matte brown shade that isn't too dark (I used the brown from the Essence Secrets of the past palette 02 babuschka's dream; it was limited)
- a matte off-white shade (I used the light color from the Essence Secrets of the past palette 02 babuschka's dream; it was limited)
- a black eyeliner (I used the Essence eyeliner pen)
- a brown eye pencil (I used the p2 perfect look kajal in brown)
- a mascara of your choice (I used the RdLY diamond mascara)

That's how to do it:
1. Apply your eyeshadow base all over your lid.
2. Apply your nude shimmer color onto your lid.
3. Pick up the brown color and apply it to your crease. I do this to shape my eye, to make it look bigger. So I don't really follow my natural crease but apply the shadow right over it. That gives the illusion of deeper, bigger eyes. I don't apply the color very heavily, just lightly, so you can use a sheer color, too. I also apply a tiny bit of this color along the outer third of my lower lashline.
4. Now take the off-white color onto a pencil brush, and apply that to the center of you lid, your inner corner and underneath your brow.

 5. Blend out the brown crease color with a fluffy blending brush.
6. Add your favorite black liner to your upper lashline.
7. Get some of the brown eyeliner pencil onto your waterliner, but not all the way in. Decide how far you drag it into by looking for what suits your eyeshape best.
8. Add mascara to your lashes.

And that's it :) It's very easy and pretty to do for every day.
What is your favorite every day look?

EOTD January 16th: Neutral Look

Hey guys,
I finally have another EOTD for you! I'm wearing a very simple look that I've been wearing a lot lately :)
It's very simple but not the typical look that just has a defined crease, so I would say it's a very wearable smokey look.

You only need a few things which are:
- a eyeshadow base (I used the old RdLY eyeshadow base)
- a shimmery nude powder or cream shadow (I used the NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in yogurt)
- a matte brown eyepencil (I used the p2 perfect look kajal in 020 brown)
- your favorite mascara (I used Maybelline colossal volum' express in glam brown)

That's how I do it:
1. Apply the base all over your lid.
2. Apply the nude shimmery color ( the one I used is a brownish pink shimmery nude) all over your lid, but don't go over your crease.
3. Line your top and lower lashline with the brown kajal. You can do this really messily, it won't stay as it is :)
4. Take a pencil brush (I used the Sigma E30) and smudge out the brown liner. Also on the lower lashline, just don't dragg it to far downward.
5. Add mascara to both your top and bottom lashes.
And that's it! Really easy but pretty :) Do you like it? What is your favorite every day look?
I'll see you soon!

NOTD December 15th: Reindeer Glitter Nail Art + Spotted

Hey everyone!
Today I'm wearing a Christmas Nail Art design and I thought you might like it! :)

That's what you need:
- a base coat of your choice (mine is the Essence Pro White French)
- a white color to do the french tip (I used the Essence Stampy polish)
- nail stickers with a christmas design (mine are reindeer designs, and I got these from Essence's last year's christmas collection)
- a glittery with a clear base (I used the pink glitter polish from one of RdLY LE, forgot the name of it, sorry :P but it's from this season. the color is called o1 glamour pink. The glitter in it is round and pink, but flashes rainbow-colored in the sunlight)
- a top coat of you choice (I used the Essence Sealing top coat)

That's how to do it:
1. Paint your nails with your base coat.
2. Do a white french tip, I did mine free-hand, but you can use some guides as a help. The ones I created are pretty straight, but you can do yours curvy if you like to :)
3. Paint one coat of the glitter polish over your whole nails.
4. Put a nail sticker (in my case a reindeer) on every of you nail and press it in.
5. Go over the whole nail with your glitter polish again. It shouldn't be covered with the glitter, though, just some little dots, like snowflakes!
5. Seal the design with yout top coat.

This is so easy to create, you don't have to be really good at nail art for this, but it's still pretty :) I hope you like it!
just to show you the sparkle of it :)

I also was at the drugstore and spotted some LEs :) Of course I bought something, but that post will be up tomorrow. Here are just the pictures:
