Relationship between exercise and mood !!

hi there!

Have you ever noticed exercise or moving your body help you with clearing your mind or stressful situation??

I totally do.

I dance as a hobby / work.
Ballet is my life.





It has never failed me in any way.
I have danced since I was five and I always went back to it even though situation didn't allow me to dance for a certain period of time.

What I am finding recently is that dancing really helps me in my mental health.

I get hurt and worried very easily.
When I am feeling blue, I am helpless. I just stay home and get more depressed.

But, dance always helps me.
Even in a serious stressful situation, I go to dance (even if I don't feel like going out),
I feel so much better.
The thing is...
When I am moving my body, I am focusing on that and not on my worries.

I get literally "mindless".

It is a good thing sometimes.
I believe it is a form of meditation.

Not only because it is exercise but also it is what I love to do.

So,
I wanted to share this with you guys. :)
Please do what you love to do and some little exercise is really good for you to get away from stressful life!!

Body recreates a happier thought in your mind.

Mental health is very important !! :)


Even if you don't feel like moving your body,
just go out and move!!
I'm sure you will feel much better afterwards! <3
