alergy

Hi,

I am so sorry I haven't been able to upload any videos or blogs lately...
I've been so bad...

I am finally moving this weekend so hopefully I can start some videos after I get settled :)

I thought I would update something today.

Have you had / heard of alergy to acrylic or gel?
I knew about it since a few of my friends developed an alergy to acrylic and now only using gel for work.

But unfortunate thing happened a few days ago for me...

I had one client who was alergic to gel.
Her symptom was itchy / burning feeling on finger nails.

She had only had powder gel before and it was her first time getting UV gel
and she has a lot of alergies to many things, so UV gel happened to be one of them...
sad...

but there are so many chances that you can prevent from people developing an alergy to acrylic and gel.

- be careful not to touch any skin.
- do not touch product with your hand (when you wipe anything, wipe with a tool or a paper towel.
(tacky layer of gel and odourless acrylic have higher risk of getting them on your skin)

It is dangerous to touch product when it is not cured.

I knew this from what I learned but I wasn't too careful about myself.
When I clean up a jar of gel or acrylic liquid, I would touhc it with my hands....
but now that this client alart me with alregy,
I will be extra careful.

I wanted to share this story with people
so you know about it to prevent any unwanted alergies ;)

You want to be able to have nails all the time right? :):)

anyways!
i will go back to packing!

talk to you soon!
